IML Management's investment in the Belfood group of companies

The SBH Law Offices team advised IML Management (UK) on equity investment into Belfood group of companies, a food and drink manufacturer in Belarus. Project included conducting a legal due diligence of Belfood group of companies, including analysis of current status of companies, legal capacity and proper registration of companies, actual rights to property and land plots, financial model, intellectual property objects and contractual model.
