Veronika Sokolovska is head of the Intellectual Property Practice Group and specialises in IP/IT legal advice. She has significant experience in supporting intellectual property transactions under Belarusian and foreign law, drafting licence, franchise and assignment agreements, including those related to investment attraction, export and import of intellectual property. She has significant experience in performing legal due diligence (LDD) in relation to intellectual property rights in the framework of transactions concluded and when supporting investment projects.
Veronica provides legal support to large businesses and start-ups on a wide range of intellectual property and IT issues, as well as to various companies in telecommunications and media, marketing and advertising, classical and contemporary art.
In addition, Veronica provides advice and representation on protection of exclusive rights to trademarks and service marks, patents, copyright protection, trade name rights and domain name use. She provides legal assistance in relation to antitrust and unfair competition infringements involving intellectual property.
