Nadezhda Koroleva is the leader of the legal support group in bankruptcy cases, specialising in protecting interests in business liquidation and bankruptcy proceedings, both on the creditor side and on the side of the debtor, its owners and top management, starting from the signs of insolvency, developing anti-crisis strategy and ending with issues of vicarious liability.
Nadezhda has substantial experience in settling various disputes in economic, general and arbitration courts, including the IAC at the BelCCI.
